Recharge Your Life LLC ("we", "us") operates Bloom and is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service.

- Account data — email, password (hashed), display name.
- Usage data — affirmations viewed, mood entries, reflections you write, streak count.
- Device & technical data — IP address, browser, operating system, approximate location derived from IP.
- Analytics events — pages visited, key actions (sign-up, checkout) collected via Plausible Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and uses no cookies or personal identifiers.
- Support communications — messages you send us.
3. Why we use your data & legal basis
- Provide and operate the Service (contract performance).
- Authenticate you and secure your account (legitimate interests, legal obligation).
- Improve the product and analyze aggregate usage (legitimate interests).
- Provide customer support (contract performance).

4. Who we share data with
- Paddle.com Market Limited — our Merchant of Record, who handles all payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — for application hosting and database storage.
- Plausible Analytics — for cookie-less product analytics.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting professionals when needed.
- Authorities — where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days, except where we must retain records to comply with legal obligations.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us via the in-app support channel. UK/EEA users have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Some of our service providers may be located outside your country. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of security practices. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
