Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Bloom+ subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Bloom orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Or contact our support team inside the app, and we'll help you file the request.

After a refund

Once a refund is approved, your Bloom+ access ends and your account reverts to the free plan. Your reflections and mood history remain available.
