1. Who we are
Bloom (the "Service") is operated by Recharge Your Life LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you ("you", "the user") enter into an agreement with Recharge Your Life LLC.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent/guardian.
3. The Service
Bloom is a daily ritual web app providing affirmations, mood tracking, and private reflection journaling. Some features ("Bloom+") require a paid subscription.
4. Account & accuracy
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
- send spam or impersonate others;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- introduce malware, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service;
- scrape, copy, or resell the Service or its content.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding your own reflections), is owned by Recharge Your Life LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or circumvention of technical limits is prohibited.
7. Your content
Your reflections remain yours. You grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to provide the Service to you.
8. Payments & subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Bloom+ subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
9. Service level & warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Recharge Your Life LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
